To qualify for a performance-based refund, you must:

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

- Billed monthly in advance
- Cancel anytime before next billing cycle
- No refunds for partial months
- Access continues until end of current billing period
Annual Subscriptions:
- Billed annually in advance

- After 30 days, no refunds for unused months

4. GENERAL REFUND TERMS
Processing Time:
- Refund requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days
- Payment provider may take additional 5-10 days to credit your account
- Total refund timeline: 12-31 business days from request to account credit
Non-Refundable Items:
The following are NOT eligible for refunds:
- Services or products purchased more than 30 days ago
- Customized or personalized services already delivered
- Third-party fees (payment processing fees, platform fees)

- Products or services obtained through fraudulent means
